2019
First Baptist of Jensen Beach collected over 2,700 school supply items. Members of the Martin County Hibiscus Guild also contributed supplies.
2018
In 2018 First Baptist of Jensen Beach expanded their generosity and had their first congregation wide month long school supply drive. This helped to stock the shelter for the children going into school that fall and for future children who would arrive at the shelter through out the year. Members of the Martin County Hibiscus Guild also contributed supplies.
2017
In 2017 First Baptist of Jensen Beach met an immediate need for back to school backpacks for 30 children in a matter of days by an email blast to the ladies of FBJB. Members of the Martin County Hibiscus Guild also contributed supplies.
In the 35 year history of Hibiscus Children's Center, at different times, many different individuals and organizations have given school supplies. The learning you enabled for children in those years has had a direct impact on their futures and we thank you for your ongoing support.
